Position Summary

Supports the general maintenance and operational tasks of keeping facilities and equipment operating smoothly.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

• Performs general cleaning and maintenance of facilities, trucks, and trailers.
• Cleans and maintains shop areas not covered under the janitorial contract.
• Picks up ordered parts and supplies.
• Maintains and tracks inventory records and conducts regular inventory checks on shop equipment and tools.
• Supports the distribution of supplies and equipment to various departments.
• Scheduling routine maintenance activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Working knowledge in basic repairs for facility
• Mechanically inclined.
