Position Summary

Trains and supervises the brokerage dispatchers and customer service teams in the organization.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

• Oversees the implementation of daily operations.
• Assigns, instructs, and reviews the work of team members.
• Monitors employee performance and resolves escalations.
• Ensures team members follow safe operations rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Reviews and implements policies and processes to maximize output.
• Collaborates with leadership to establish and develop strategic plans for operational activity.
• Trains and coaches cross-functional teams on operational processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• 5+ years of logistics, customer service, or transportation experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation management systems.
