Position Summary
Oversees and executes employee learning programs and key initiatives, focusing on content development, operational efficiency, and program deployment. This position works closely with HRIS and other cross-functional teams.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities
Assesses training outlines, recommends instructional methods, and collaborates with talent development and other cross-functional teams for refinement.
Manages learning content revisions and organizes the course library to enhance employee experience.
Tests and adjusts learning content prior to live production.
Develops new hire learning strategies and curriculum aligned with organizational priorities.
Facilitates impactful, engaging learning experiences for new hires, employees, and leaders.
Oversees new employee development programs, collaborating cross-functionally for execution.
Utilizes digital tools to create scalable, effective learning paths.
Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs and implements data-driven improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
2+ years of human resources or learning and development experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
