Position Summary

Manages the organization’s digital media presence to enhance the visibility of its brands and services. Creates and implements digital content to attract, engage, and retain visitors.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

• Manages social media strategy, including content creation, engagement and audience acquisition.
• Partners with various departments to develop a social media engagement policy for managing concerns and complaints.
• Analyzes online reputation across multiple platforms and reports and improvement strategies.
• Oversees agency-managed paid media campaigns to ensure strategy alignment, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to the budget.
• Manages digital media channels and extracts insights to provide recommendations that drive performance improvements.
• Collaborates with agencies to execute the organization’s brand and employee engagement strategies across various communication channels.
• Utilizes the collective expertise of diverse team members for content development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
• 5+ years of digital marketing or social media management experience.
• Prior Microsoft Dynamics and Click Dimensions experience.
• Google AdWords and Analytics certification.
