Position Summary

Assists in managing and expanding relationships with national-level accounts to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Identifies and secures profitable revenue within the assigned geographic area.
  • Creates strategies to develop new accounts and increase revenue.
  • Negotiates terms and conditions, pricing, and contractual agreements with clients.
  • Provides accurate sales forecasts and monitors progress against targets.
  • Collaborates with business partners to address client needs and resolve issues.
  • Stays informed with industry trends and market conditions.
  • Generates and analyzes sales reports to evaluate performance.
  • Proactively identifies new business opportunities within existing and potential client accounts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • 7+ years of LTL sales experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tools.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
