Position Summary

Supervises and provides leadership to the international department in daily operations.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

• Supports cross-functional teams on pricing, routing, and customer account setup.
• Assists with quotes and executing shipments.
• Remains in compliance with local, domestic, and international laws and regulations.
• Maintains existing accounts and enhances the international department.
• Oversees daily international business operations.
• Monitors and controls budgets and resources allocated to international projects.
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and operations.
• Facilitates cross-cultural training and development initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• 5+ years of international business experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office international laws and regulations.
• Experience in negotiating and quoting.
